Job description

Job Title                 : Human Resources Administrator

Reporting To         : Human Resources Department Manager


Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Manager and other Departmental Managers to ensure that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and others
  • Manage effective onboarding of new joining staff
  • Support Biostation registration of new employees and provide bi-monthly report to respective department managers
  • Support in the deployment and re-deployment of staff from various projects across KSA.
  • Support the new joining staff in registering themselves in various government portals
  • Maintain employee records in Maconomy and Jisr and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with third party companies on various staff requirements – payslips, salary certificates, exit re-entry issuance etc
  • Ensure staff leave administration and management
  • Support the Annual appraisal exercise
  • · Assist in implementation of training programs
  • · Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related reports and documentation
  • · Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • · Maintain and update organizational charts and job descriptions
  • Manage the off boarding process including exit interview and repatriation arrangements.
  • Interdepartmental coordination with Recruitment, Office Admin/ IT etc to ensure compliance and adherence to all regulations & policies
  • Contribute to enhancing staff retention programs
  • Ensure and support Controlling team with follow up on the pending staff timesheets
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, iqama, licenses and other company relevant certificates
  • Support ILF Group HR initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to ILF Group IMS procedures and guidelines at all times.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detailed knowledge of Labour Law
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies implemented in the organisation
  • Proficient in Deltek Maconomy ERP – HR module and troubleshoot issues

Experience

Experience in generalist HR duties in KSA

Education

Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

Linguistic Skills

English & Arabic.
