We are seeking a talented Construction Manager to join our team in the 12021 - Green Riyadh department. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage construction teams to deliver high-quality projects
• Develop and implement construction strategies and plans
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any construction-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Experience in Water Transmission and Pipeline is must

Construction Manager Job Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a Western Accredited University; 
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus
