HSE Engineer (m/f) - PMC - Green Riyadh Project

ILF Consulting Engineers Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team in the 12021 - Green Riyadh department. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE practices and procedures
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of HSE software and tools
