As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficient financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans
• Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization
• Prepare accurate and timely cost reports for management review
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop cost control strategies
• Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques
• Proficient in using cost management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
